About the Author

Paul Grabisch was born and raised in New York City. He attended Stuyvesant High School and The State University College at New Paltz. As the middle child of three siblings, Paul built a varied career that included working in the furniture and elevator industries, as well as taking time as a substitute elementary school teacher. In later years, he also worked as a crossing guard at a middle school. Now retired, Paul reflects on a lifetime of diverse experiences.
